What is the cost of admission? Deals/Discounts?
Admission fees are $25 for ages 6 and above, and $15 dollars $5 and under. Children ages 2 and under are free of charge. We currently do not have any deals/discounts at this time.
What animals do you have?
There is too many to name here! It's a Zoo Life is home to over 150 animals. But a few that are often asked about is our Sloth, Kangaroos and lemurs!
Hours of operation?
Tours of the zoo are by appointment only. You must be accompanied by a tour guide to enter zoo grounds. We offer two touring times a day Wednesday-Saturday with an exception of our winter hours that are Saturday only. Please view our booking calendar to secure your tour date.
How long are the tours?
Tours last between 1-2 hours. During your guided tour you will have the opportunity to go into selected enclosures supervised by your tour guide.
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

Can I bring outside food or feed the animals?
Snacks to feed approved animals on the zoo grounds will be available for purchase on arrival. As far as food donations for safety reasons we can only accept food in original packaging. Click HERE for a food and materials wish list.

Can i bring my pet to the zoo?
For the safety of your animal and as well as the Zoo residents. Pets of any kind are not permitted to the zoo.
Can i donate an animal to the zoo?
It's a Zoo Life under special circumstances can take in surrendered or unwanted pets and help provide a new home, Either within our facility or somewhere we see appropriate. Please contact us before dropping off any animals.
